- Chercán is a highly readable typeface with a relaxed look, which makes it a good choice for informal settings. Chercán was conceived for immersive reading, its letterforms are strong and open and have generous counter shapes. It communicates certitude with a subtly charming tone. On the other hand its tiny little serifs help to build a good reading atmosphere, certainly more generous than that of a sanserif. Chercán has a positive personality and its whims can add spiciness to headings, logos, packs, big bodies in general. In 2021 a complete polytonic Greek version has been added to the original Latin extended.
